We're on the lookout for a superstar to join us as a client onboarding specialist! Our Onboarding Specialist set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.

Resly prioritises delivering an amazing customer experience and this is the first step in the process.

The role is WFH (ideally based in Queensland) and hours can be flexible and we will even consider part-time.

Business Development Manager
Queensland / New South Wales / Remote

Due to increased demand we are growing the sales team and hiring business development managers to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

We are currently looking to fill positions in Northern NSW, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland.

Who we are looking for
  • Experience in sales ideally in the property or hotel technology, OTA/wholesale/Meta or Channel management.
  • You have some knowledge of management rights and trust accounting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive

Connectivity Specialist
Queensland / Remote

The Connectivity Specialist role is a newly created position here at Resly. The Connectivity Specialist will work on our channel management product and be heavily engaged with internal and external stakeholders.
The Connectivity Specialist will need to engage with connectivity partners and internal teams to identify and analyse potential enhancements to existing products and existing API connectivity.
