We are passionate about the management rights industry, it’s a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Like many of our clients, we used to live with the headache of outdated, complicated software that made it difficult to run a trust account. We wanted a property management system that was powerful in features yet simple in operation.
We created Resly specifically for the management rights accommodation industry. It is a labour of love that took close to three years of research and development to launch. We engaged industry leaders, gained input from independent hoteliers and worked with auditors and accountants to make sure we were building a system that served all stakeholders.
At Resly, we do things differently. We are far from a traditional software provider and have a more holistic approach to the way we conduct business. Your success is our success and we truly believe that.

I have been in the Management Rights industry since 1999, I have owned my own Management Rights, worked for a software company and I was the GM of a High-rise in Surfers Paradise. I am passionate about the industry and love being able to offer support and a level of understanding to our clients.

No. We don’t charge a commission or booking fees. We have a flat monthly subscription fee based on the size of your property.
No. We know you have worked hard to build your database. We do our best to export your past, current and future booking info including guest details from your current system.
When we say hands off we mean it. We will set up all your rooms, charges, owners accounts, branding, guest communication, connect and map your online channels, customise your Resly Direct booking engine - the list goes on!
No. We provide 7-day Australian based support via phone, email and live chat to every user at no additional cost. We also have someone on hand 24/7 for emergencies.
No. Our monthly subscription is based on the size of your property not the number of users. Multiple users can use Resly simultaneously on any device.
