How do I know if my property qualifies?

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy features premium and luxury whole home rentals which are subject to compliance with specific home standards. There are also some basic safety and security items that need to be in place based on local regulations – including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

  • Homes reviewed for Condition & Design (both indoor & outdoor), cleanliness, and location
  • Only 1+ Bedroom properties considered
  • 24/7 in-stay support with immediate response for emergencies
  • Linens and towels included, and beds made
  • Full-size appliances: refrigerator, oven, cook-top and microwave in all kitchens
  • Starter kit of bath amenities in each full bathroom to include soap, shampoo, conditioner, with hair dryer in each unit
